CITY OF HUDSON - PUBLIC NOTICE
AVAILABILITY OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LICENSES
According to City of Hudson Municipal Code, Section 145-8 E.1., notice is hereby given that due to receipt of the annual final estimate of population by the Wisconsin Department of Administration, the following types of alcoholic beverage licenses are available:
5 Reserve “Class B” Liquor/Beer ($10,000 one-time payment, plus $600.00 yearly)
2 Class “B” Beer ($100.00 yearly)
5 “Class C” Wine ($100.00 yearly)
(To qualify for Class “B” beer and “Class C” wine licenses, the premises must be licensed as a restaurant, with the principal business of the establishment being the furnishing of food under the restaurant permit.)
Application forms are available at the City Clerk’s office, 505 Third Street, Hudson, WI. The City of Hudson Common Council shall not consider any such applications until 15 days have elapsed from the date of publication of this notice, and all applicants applying within that fifteen-day period have met the waiting period required under State law.
