Jacalyn Jones, 57

Jacalyn Sue "Jacki" Jones (nee Davison), age 57, of Inver Grove Heights, formerly of Hudson, passed away unexpectedly Dec. 27 at her residence.

Jacki was born May 3, 1955, in Hudson, Wis., the daughter of Leo Byron and Ramona (Wentlandt) Davison. She graduated from Hudson High School, the class of 1973. Jacki's life was blessed with a son, Chris, and daughter, Bobbi. Jacki had worked as a grain accountant with Kellogg Commissions, the Grain Exchange, and ConAgra Foods. More recently, she enjoyed volunteering her time with different schools, reaching out to children and making a difference.

She always thought of others first, before herself, and will be remembered for her kind and gracious heart. She cherished and loved her family and will be dearly missed.

Jacki will remain in the hearts of her husband, Alex; son, Chris Lein of Minneapolis, Minn.; daughter, Bobbi Frelix of Burnsville, Minn.; grandchildren, DeAndre, Alissa, Imarii, Tianna, and Gabrielle; mother, Ramona Johnson of Hudson; siblings Debbie (Bill) Biedler of New Richmond, Tammy (Roger) Norelius of Hudson, Becky (Jim) Koehler of Star Prairie , Wis., and Troy Davison of Minneapolis.

She will be met in heaven by her father, Leo; brother Jeff; son-in-law, Damion; and niece, Jessica.

A Celebration of Jacki's Life will be held from 2:30-4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 3, at the O'Connell Family Funeral Home of Hudson. Interment will take place at Willow River Cemetery of Hudson.
