Hudson struck first against Minneapolis last Wednesday on a goal by Parker Shefveland, assisted by Wyatt Dove and AJ Romanoski midway through the opening period.
Minneapolis scored the only goal of the second period to tie the score and took a 2-1 lead 33 seconds into the third period.
The Raiders tied the score on a Jack Cernohous goal with just under four minutes remaining, assisted by Ariez Sime and Michael Hommes. But Minneapolis scored with 1 minute, 47 seconds left to pull out the 3-2 victory.
Hudson came up empty in four power play opportunities while being outshot, 18-17.

Shefveland gave the Raiders a 1-0 lead 6:33 into the first period, assisted by Adam Lipps, and Lipps found the back of the net less than three minutes later with Shefveland assisting to make it a 2-0 game.
Luverne scored its only goal late in the second period to cut the Raider lead in half and the score remained 2-1 in favor of Hudson until Emerson Korum scored with less than four minutes left in the third, assisted by Sime, to extend the lead to 3-1. Hommes added an empty net goal with 52 seconds left, assisted by Daniel Tripicchio and Shefveland, to make the final 4-1.
Friday, in the consolation championship game against Marshall, Tripicchio had two goals and an assist and Shefveland and Dove dished out two assists each in another 4-1 Raider victory.
The game was scoreless until late in the first period when Tripicchio scored at the 13:50 mark, assisted by Dove and Shefveland.
Marshall tied it with a shorthanded goal 90 seconds into the second period but the Raiders regained the lead less than two minutes later on a goal by Henry Brose, assisted by Tripicchio. Romanoski tallied a power play goal with less than two minutes remaining in the period, assisted by Shefveland and Dove, to extend Hudson’s lead to 3-1.
