By virtue of a Judgment of foreclosure and Sale rendered in the above- entitled action on November 28, 2012, in the amount of $144,929.81, the undersigned Sheriff of St. Croix County, Wisconsin, will sell at public auction at the front entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center in the City of Hudson, in said County, on the 5th day of March, 2013, at 10:00 a.m., the real estate and mortgaged premises directed by the Judgment to be sold, therein described as follows:

LOT 6, BLOCK 4, H AND H ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF BALDWIN, ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN.

PROPERTY ADDRESS: 1490 7th Avenue, Baldwin, Wisconsin

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

DOWN PAYMENT: A deposit of 10% of sale price to be deposited in cash or by certified check with the Sheriff at the time of sale; balance to be paid by cash or certified check upon confirmation of sale.
