Consideration for reference to any and all Fee Schedules adopted and amended by Resolution; discussion/ possible action on website update, consideration of non-residential design guidelines becoming an ordinance, ordinance to discontinue roadways, ordinance to temporarily suspend impact fees, resignation of Garth VanderVorst from the Plan Commission, appointment to Plan Commission of Laurie DeRosier from first alternate, apointment to Plan Commission of Lloyd Dahlke to first alternate from second, Town Comprehensive Plan/County Comprehensive Plan; 7:30 p.m. Caucus for the purpose of nominating candidates to appear on the spring election ballot; Public Hearing set for March 14 regarding discontinuation of town roads: 62nd St, 148th Avenue, and 135th Avenue; adopt ordinance on Temporarily Suspending Impact Fees as presented by Plan Commission; Plan Commission resignations, appointments and posting of open alternate position; ORP Committee recommendations/ update; River Crossing Committee update; pros and cons of county vs. local/town zoning; formally adopting updated needs assessment 2012 Fee Amounts in Chapter 101; reconsideration of changing the posting location from Fasttrip to the Houlton Elementary School, instead considering B&L Liquor; discussion/ possible action to seek out and interview a government specialized attorney to handle town government matters pertaining to but not limited to state statutes and ordinances; posting of Ordinances with Ordinance Service; consideration and recommendation to Plan Commission to generate a list of current ordinances, town resolutions and rules containing fees to support enabling the adoption of a resolution more easily updated containing all fees/fee schedules addressed by Ordinance, Resolution, or Town Rule.
