By virtue of a Judgment of Fore- closure made in the above entitled action on September 10, 2012, in the amount of $132,557.07, I will sell at public auction at the Entrance of the St. Croix County Government Center 1101 Carmichael Road Hudson, WI 54016, City of Hudson, County of St. Croix, State of Wisconsin on February 12, 2013, at 10:00 AM all of the following described mortgaged premises, to wit:
Unit 66, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements and facilities set forth in the declaration of condominium for Lighthouse Villas Condominium, a condominium declared and existing under and by virtue of the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Wisconsin, according to the declaration of condominium recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Volume 2354, Pages 290 as Document No. 734588 and as amended. Located in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.

DOWN PAYMENT: 10% of amount bid by cash or cashier's check due at time of sale. Balance of purchase price must be paid within ten (10) business days after confirmation of the sale.
