PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on August 13, 2012, in the amount of $79,511.26, the Sheriff or his assignee will sell the described premises at public auction as follows:

TIME: February 19, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.

PLACE: at the Entrance of the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, WI 54016

DESCRIPTION: Unit 64 in Lighthouse Villas Condominium, being a condominium created under the Condominium Ownership Act of the State of Wisconsin by a "Declaration of Condominium for Lighthouse Villas Condominium," recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds for St. Croix County, Wisconsin, in Volume 1 of Records, at page 86, as Document No. 734589 and any amendments thereof and by Condominium Plat and any amendments therefore:

Together with all appurtenant rights, title and interest, including (without limitation):

a) the undivided percentage interest in all Common Elements as specified for such Unit in the aforementioned Declaration;

b) the right to use of the areas and/or facilities, if any, specified in the aforementioned Declaration as Limited Common Elements for such Unit; and

c) membership in the Lighthouse Villas Condominium Owner's Association, (hereafter the "Owner's Association"), as provided for in the aforementioned Declaration and in any Articles of Incorporation and/or Bylaws for such Owner's Association.
