NOTICE of Publication

Pursuant to Wis Stat 60.80 please take notice the town of St Joseph enacted an Ordinance to Temporarily Suspend Collection of Impact Fees Under St Joseph Town Code Chapter 101 on Jan. 10, 2013. The Ordinance temporarily suspends the Impact Fee Collections for this year of 2013 from Jan. 1, 2013 through Dec. 31, 2013 unless repealed or modified prior to noted end date.
