PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a judgment of foreclosure entered on May 17, 2011 in the amount of $1,117,061.09, the Saint Croix County Sheriff will sell the premises described below at public auction as follows:

DATE/TIME: March 12, 2013 at 10:00 AM.

TERMS: 1. 10% down in cash or money order at the time of sale; balance due within 10 days of confirmation of sale; failure to pay balance due will result in forfeit of deposit to plaintiff.

Also all land lying between the meander line, the water’s edge of Lake St Croix and the Westerly extension of the North and South lines of the above described parcel. Excepting and Reserving an easement 30 feet in width, the centerline of which is described as follows; Commencing at the center of Section 1; thence West along the South line of said Government Lot 2, 974.39 feet to the beginning of the centerline of the 30 foot easement so reserved; thence N 2°39’E 38.0 feet; thence N 21°14’E 49.65 feet; thence East and parallel with said South line of Government Lot 2 to a point 788.1 feet West of the North and South centerline of Section 1; thence N 0°12’W 82.3 feet more or less to a point that is 15 feet S 0°12’E of the North line of the property line of the land conveyed herein; thence East and parallel with the South line of Government Lot 2, 15 feet to the East boundary line of the land conveyed herein.
