PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City of Hudson, Wisconsin Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, February 28, 2013, 7:00 p.m., City Hall Council Chambers, 505 Third Street, to invite public comment in regard to an application for a conditional use permit from Bernie Rodel, 2420 Foxglove Circle to request the city of Hudson to reduce the rear yard building setback for a townhome dwelling unit pursuant to Zoning Code, Section 255-22, B for a proposed enclosure and addition of six feet to the existing rear porch at 2420 Foxglove Circle. The addition will extend to 19 feet from the west property line of the Hanley Greens townhome development. The adjacent property to the west is the city of Hudson storm water pond.
