Part of the Southwest One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) (Government Lot 4) of Section Twentyfive (25), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty (20) West (Part of the vacated Slater's Addition) in the City of Hudson, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Lot Two (2) of Certified Survey Map filed November 4, 1980 in Volume 4 of Certified Survey Maps, Page 1011, as Document No. 367487.

DOWN PAYMENT: 10% of amount bid by cash or cashier's check due at time of sale. Balance of purchase price must be paid within ten (10) business days after confirmation of the sale.
