City’s assessment rep here Monday
The city of Hudson has contracted with Bowmar Appraisal, Inc. for all assessing services for 2013 and 2014. A representative from the firm will be available at City Hall on Monday, Feb. 25 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Property assessments are reviewed annually. Any changes to assessments are based on what has been recorded with the St. Croix County Register of Deeds office through December of the previous year, the construction status of building permits as of Jan. 1 of the current year and other issues such as sales transactions during 2012.
The city of Hudson has contracted with Bowmar Appraisal, Inc. for all assessing services for 2013 and 2014. Their contract includes the on-site review of residential, commercial and industrial properties that have sold during 2012 and/or have been issued a building permit. They are currently scheduled to be in the city periodically throughout February, March and April.
A representative from the firm will be available at City Hall for two days a month for two hours from February through June and one day a month for two hours from July through December to meet with property owners except for the month in which the Open Book appointments are scheduled. A representative is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 25, from 2 to 4 p.m.
