VILLAGE OF NORTH HUDSON

RESOLUTION 2013-02

RESOLUTION APPOINTING MELISSA LUEDKE

AS VILLAGE CLERK

WHEREAS, pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 17.24(1), the Village of North Hudson is required to have a Clerk to perform certain official functions; and

WHEREAS, Gloria Troester has been serving as Interim Village Clerk since February 5, 2013; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has made an offer of employment to Melissa Luedke to serve as Clerk of the Village of North Hudson;

WHEREAS, Melissa Luedke has accepted that position and will assume the duties as Clerk on March 5, 2013.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the Village of North Hudson hereby appoints Melissa Luedke to the position of Village Clerk effective March 5, 2013; said appointment to be at the pleasure of the Board of Trustees and subject to all applicable law.
