Advertisement for Bids

Please take notice the Town of St Joseph, Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking estimates and/or bids for:

1) Seal Coating of approx 4.5 miles (approx. 8 roads) with oil specs of 0.35 gal per sq yard;

2) Crack Sealing approximately 3 miles (8 roads or road sections)

3) AMZ Patching of approximately 4.5 miles (8 roads or road sections).

Please submit a separate estimate or bid for each project of interest as listed above.

Estimates or Bids will be received by the town clerk until 5:00 pm on Friday, April 5, 2013. The sealed estimates and/ or bids will be opened on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the town hall. The Town Board will consider awarding bids prior to the Town Board Meeting on May 9, 2013. Contractors are encouraged to contact Supervisor Rick Colbeth 715-377- 6160 or chair Dan Gavin at 715-222-6235 with questions to review the projects and roads proposed. Bidder Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the date set for receiving and opening bids. The Town of St Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Town.
