IN THE MATTER OF DISCONTINUANCE OF

TOWN HIGHWAYS IN THE TOWN OF ST. JOSEPH,

ST. CROIX COUNTY

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT:

On February 14, 2013, the St. Joseph Town Board introduced a Resolution to discontinue the 62nd Street and 148th Avenue, all town roadways located in the Town of St. Joseph. The proposed highway discontinuance will effect and occur on land legally described and shown on the scale map which is viewable at the town hall clerk’s office and will be incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A.

The purpose of this lis pendens is to notify all titleholders and prospective titleholders that 62nd Street and 148 Avenue may be discontinued which will affect the land described and shown on Exhibit A, all in the Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County. A Public hearing for this consideration will be held April 11, 2013 at the St Joseph Town Hall beginning at 6:30pm.

Upon Town Board adoption of a final highway order affecting the said land in the Town of St. Joseph, St. Croix County, approving the Resolution, a certified copy of the final Highway Order, with a full and accurate description of the subject highway property, shall be recorded by the Town Clerk in the Office of Register of Deeds, St. Croix County.
