NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the North Hudson Plan Commission on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall at 400 7th Street North, to consider the following:

Application to create a 2 lot extraterritorial CSM containing one 23.64 acre parcel and one 4.66 acre lot at 1212 Trout Brook Road N in the Town of St. Joseph, Owner Ernie Betker, PIN 030-1021-11-000. To consider traffic flow and other issues impacting the Village of North Hudson.
