TOWN OF ST JOSEPH

Request for Proposals

Please take notice the Town of St Joseph, Hudson, Wisconsin is requesting proposals and/or bids for three separate service needs:

1) Lawn Services: a single baseball field approx. 2 mi; walking trail approx. ¼ mi; lawn and town hall/fire hall ditch

2) Outdoor Restroom Maintenance: both men and women serviced by a holding tank maintained spring through summer closing in the fall.

3) Outdoor Restroom Cleaning: cleaned weekly and possibly more as needed.

Please submit a separate estimate or bid for each proposal of interest as listed above.

Estimates or Bids will be received by the town clerk until 5:00 pm on Wednesday, April 10, 2013. The sealed estimates and/or bids will be opened on Wednesday evening April 10, 2013 7:00 pm at the town hall. The Town Board may consider awarding bids prior to the Town Board Meeting on April 11, 2013. Contractors are encouraged to contact the town clerk for copies of the RFP(s) and with questions to review the RFPs as proposed. Email requests may be sent to clerk@townofstjoseph.com. Bidder Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the date set for receiving and opening bids. The Town of St Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the Town.
