The defending national champion Warhawks won their opener over St. Xavier 24-9 and will play at UW-Eau Claire on Saturday.
Eau Claire is 12th in the new poll after beating Bethel of Tennessee 11-6.
Mount Union of Ohio is back at No.1. Carthage of Kenosha also received votes.
