A babysitter in Amery is blaming her 1-year-old son for causing injuries to a child she was caring for.
Katherine Bocock is accused of injuring the 5-month-old boy at her home last week.
The boy's parents called police when they noticed "suspicious injuries," like bruises on his face and arms.
Bocock maintains her son hit the victim with a fly swatter, but doctors say the injuries are not consistent with that.
Bocock could wind up spending six years in prison and paying a $10,000 fine.
