It's bad enough police say Corey Hawthorne, 22, stole a car.
That car had a baby in the back seat.
Police say the baby's mother, Jenna Henschel, chased the car when Hawthorne jumped in and drove off from a Milwaukee convenience store.
She had gone inside to pay for the gas she had pumped.
Henschel is 5-months pregnant. She says Hawthorne threw her off the car when she spun around.
Then, she says, he stopped, waived a gun, told her to get her 2-year-old son Tommy out, then took off.
DNA found on the vehicle's steering wheel was a match for Hawthorne, who was in the system from a previous conviction on car theft charges.
