Ham Radio field day set
The St. Croix Valley Radio Amateurs will host an American Radio Relay League field day from 1 p.m. Saturday, June 26, to 1 p.m. Sunday, June 27, at Hoffman Park in River Falls. Included in the event is a pot luck meal at 5 p.m. Saturday. The public is invited to join in “hands-on” transmitting or just observe.

The field day is part of a United States and Canadian on-the-air operating event in the amateur radio field and is held annually.
