George Field, UW-RF's last President, first Chancellor, dies at 82
A memorial service for George R. Field, chancellor of UW-River Falls until 1985, will be 2 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 at Ezekiel Lutheran Church in River Falls. Field, 82, died Friday, Feb. 10th at United Hospital in St. Paul following a short illness.
