Letter: Questions payment plan
Last week’s article about the school district’s payment procedures gives only part of the picture with regards to the River Crest Elementary construction process. Steve Keller is correct in pointing out the deficiencies in this regard, and the school district continues to spend our hard-earned money defending their improper actions.By: Curt Weese, North Hudson, Hudson Star-Observer
