Letter: Not ‘just’ an issue
Abortion — “just another issue” in regard to Catholic social concerns? Let’s tell it like it is; it is murder and should be given top priority. How did the word abortion, in our nation’s churches, become so diluted that thousands of Catholics vote for pro-death politicians? Something is terribly wrong and, with great sadness of heart, I fault a vast number of priests and bishops for failing to inform their parishioners that casting a vote for such an intrinsic evil is a mortal sin.By: Suzanne Wilson, Hudson, Hudson Star-Observer
