James Penman, Somerset area chiropractor, dead following Thursday accident
The death of a Somerset man following a car crash in St. Paul Thursday evening is being blamed on a medical condition. The victim was identified as Dr. James Penman, a resident of rural Star Prairie and who operated a chiropractic practice at Stillwater.
