Town of Troy agrees to pay for ‘extra’ hours; recycling center reconfigured
Town contractor Cedar Corp. has requested compensation for extra work that was needed during the construction of the current comprehensive town plan. The board approved the extra payment at the town board meeting Thursday, May 13.By: By Chris Hamble, Hudson Star-Observer
