Marcil retiring as Forum’s publisher and CEO; will remain board chairman
William C. Marcil, publisher of The Fargo Forum for the past 41 years, will step down on Dec. 1 and hand the reins to his son, Bill Marcil Jr. The Forum is the parent company to the Hudson Star-Observer and Rivertowns Newspaper Group.
