Phones lines cut in the town of Troy

The installation of the fiber optic cable needed to provide the town of Troy with high speed Internet service hasn’t gone smoothly. A town resident notified the Star-Observer Wednesday, Aug. 3, after landline phone service to a good share of homes in the town was knocked out.
