Mark Gherty will ski his 24th American Birkebeiner for his sister

Mark Gherty has added motivation to reach the finish of the American Birkebeiner cross-country ski race on Feb. 25. He’ll be skiing the race for his sister Barbara Moore of Eugene, Ore.
