Eau Claire/Altoona Stars end girls’ skaters’ season
The Raider girls’ hockey team stayed close to the third-ranked and Big Rivers Conference champion Eau Claire/Altoona Stars through most of two periods in their first-round playoff game last Thursday, Feb. 16 in Eau Claire, but the Raiders came up on the short end of a 6-2 decision.
