Letter-ID is not a hardship
Since Wisconsin law has long required all residents to have a state ID or driver’s license there should be no hardship for the poor or elderly in regards to voter IDs. If anything it protects their right to vote by preventing frauds using their names.By: Duane Ward, Hudson, Hudson Star-Observer
