Why has the Hudson School Board opted to not use consumer-driven health care plans (CDHPs) to lower the costs both to employees and the taxpayers? CDHPs are defined contribution plans instead of a defined benefit plan.By: Ray Hornung, Town of Hudson, Hudson Star-Observer
