Forest Voice hopes to stifle turbine plan

There’s a favorable political wind blowing in Wisconsin for future turbine projects designed to generate electricity. However, an active group of opponents to the proposed Highland Wind Farm project in the Town of Forest continues to contend that the turbines don’t belong in this rural township.
