Advocate for torture victims to speak at Hudson United Methodist
Attorney Tom Plunkett, a volunteer for the St. Paul-based Center for Victims of Torture, will speak Sunday, April 1, at the Hudson United Methodist Church’s monthly adult forum from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.
