First budget approved for city of Hudson’s Stormwater Utility

The first annual budget for the city of Hudson’s new Stormwater Utility was approved by the City Council on April 23. The $193,100 in expenditures in 2012 represents about three-fourths of what the utility can be expected to spend in future years.
