Hudson firm ordered to pay back wages of $37,814
An investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division has found that back wages totaling $37,814 are due to 55 residential caregivers employed by Hudson-based Peaceful Living LLC who were denied minimum wage and overtime compensation in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act. The firm’s address is listed as 1200 Hosford St., Suite 107 in Hudson.
