St. Paul man makes first court appearance in stolen car chase case
A St. Paul man arrested in a suspected stolen car incident that started at a gas pump in Baldwin and accelerated in a chase down I-94 made an initial appearance in St. Croix County Circuit Court May 23 on multiple charges.
