District stands behind dog track appraisal

One of appraisal firm’s employees has felony record, but Hudson School District Superintendent Mary Bowen-Eggebraaten said she has confidence in the appraisal of the former St. Croix Meadows dog track made by Valuation Specialists of Eau Claire and the Twin Cities.
