Bertha Fenner, longtime owner of Dibbo’s restaurant and hotel, died Saturday at the age of 85. Fenner’s reach went far beyond the family who loved her to include countless Hudson residents and those just passing through who not only enjoyed her famous pies but also her kindness and quiet generosity for more than 50 years.
