Managed care information session set Tuesday
The Department of Health Services in collaboration with local partners is inviting members and providers of Community Health Partnership to attend an information session regarding the transition to a new managed care organization. The session will be held Tuesday, Oct. 30, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the St. Croix County Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road.
