Phipps Arts Director Shartin receives award
Anastasia Shartin, Visual Arts Director at The Phipps Center for the Arts, was honored at the fourth annual Arts in the Community Awards ceremony during the League of Wisconsin Municipalities’ 114th annual conference at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells.
