NH man convicted in sex case, assessment ordered
A North Hudson man was convicted of misdemeanor crimes in a plea bargain agreement Friday afternoon with an unusual twist. Cody Allen Klatt, 24, pleaded no contest to sexual intercourse with a child and battery.
