Charlie Skinner competes in the 200 individual medley
Senior Charlie Skinner competes in the 200 individual medley in the Raiders’ Big Rivers Conference dual meet at River Falls last Thursday. Skinner helped the Raiders to a 103-82 victory and went on to post the fifth fastest 200 IM time among Wisconsin swimmers this season at Saturday’s Simley Invitational. Submitted photo
