Art Doyle’s Spokes and Pedals bicycle shop celebrated 20 years of free refreshments at the Hudson Hot Air Affair cross country ski outing Saturday night at YMCA Camp St. Croix. Doyle’s hot apple cider, coffee and cookies have been a trademark of the winter festival since its inception at Willow River State Park in 1990.
