Northeast corner of Second and Locust streets


The corroded wiring that caused stray voltage at the northeast corner of Second and Locust streets was underneath the round metal cover to the left of the trash container. Hawkins’ dog was in the Second Street crosswalk, about three feet from the curb, when it was jolted by electricity. Photo by Randy Hanson
