Dr. Dean Henderson, left, and Steve Watters, a former student and currently a staff member at UW-River Falls, are in a room used to make various meat products such as sausage. Watters is the meat processing manager. He was a student of Henderson’s in 1973, worked in the meat processing industry until 1982, then returned to work at UW-River Falls in the new Animal and Food Science building. Photo by Margaret A.
