Rock fifth-grader Jorrin Vazquez and mentor Jim Wookey say they both look forward to their time together each week. Wookey’s children used to attend Rock Elementary but were transferred when River Crest opened. Wookey said he still likes coming to their old school and being a mentor there. Photos by Meg Heaton
