James E. “Jim” Miller, 81, of Minneapolis, formerly of Hudson, died Thursday, March 13. He was a retired electrician and longtime member of IBEW Local 110.
James E. “Jim” Miller, 81, of Minneapolis, formerly of Hudson, died Thursday, March 13.
He was born June 3, 1926.
He was a retired electrician and longtime member of IBEW Local 110.
Survived by his wife, Evelyn; children, Michael Miller (Kathy), Jeanne Johannsen (Al) and Barb Breault (Greg); stepchildren, Connie Olson, David Olson, Robert Olsen (Joy), Richard Olson (Bonna) and Kevin Olson (Maureen); grandchildren, Todd Miller, Tom Weicherding, Scott Miller, Corey Breault, Dan Weicherding, Brandon Breault, Joe Breault, Matt Johannsen and Anna Johannsen; step-grandchildren, Stephannie Olson, Heather and Richard Caulkins, Spencer Olson, Alex Olson, Evan Olson, Andy Olson, Brea Olson and Jana Olson; 16 great-grandchildren; a brother, Milton Miller; sisters, Dorothy Mattson and Alice Mae Boe; many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was Monday, March 17, at 11 a.m. at Nokomis Heights Lutheran Church, 5300 10th Ave. S., Minneapolis.
Visitation was Sunday, March 16, from 3-5 p.m. at Morris Nilsen Funeral Chapel, 6527 Portland Ave. S., Richfield, Minn., and one hour prior to the service at the church.
Interment was private. Memorials are preferred.
