Virginia "Trudy" Trudell, age 63, went home to the loving arms of her Lord on May 29, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Virginia "Trudy" Trudell, age 63, went home to the loving arms of her Lord on May 29, in Phoenix, Arizona.
Virginia was born on Jan. 8, 1948, to Frank and Betty (Barron) Trudell of Hudson, Wis. She graduated from Hudson High School in 1966. She then attended Crookston School for Practical Nursing in Minnesota. She moved to Phoenix, Ariz. in 1969. She completed her RN in 1976, where she found her passion for caring for many people as a Critical Care Nurse. She touched the lives of so many though her nursing and love of the Lord.
Virginia "Trudy" is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Betty Trudell of Hudson, her sister Beverley Baker, and sister-in-law Elizabeth Trudell.
She is survived by brothers, Ken (Virginia) Trudell of Green Bay, Wis., Phil Trudell of Gloucester, Va., and Terry (Marlene) Trudell of Missouri; sisters Robin (Jeff) Waldroff of Hudson, Wis., Teassie (Bob) Widiker of Hammond, Wis., Jodi Crowe of San Diego, Calif.; forever friend and step-sister, Joann Strendin of Phoenix, Ariz.; and extended Strendin family Jim, John, and Kate and their families.
Public graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday, June 29, at St. Patrick's Catholic Cemetery. Memorials preferred.
Graveside services have been entrusted to the O'Connell Family Funeral Homes.
