Lenore A. Anderson, 80

Lenore Anderson, age 80, of Rice Lake, Wis., died Friday, Nov. 16, at the Rice Lake Convalescent Center in Rice Lake.

Lenore Anderson, age 80, of Rice Lake, Wis., died Friday, Nov. 16, at the Rice Lake Convalescent Center in Rice Lake.

She was born on Feb. 1, 1932, in Hudson, Wis., to Lloyd and Leta (King) Adams. Lenore attended school in Hudson and was a waitress and a bartender in the Prescott and Hudson areas. She was married to Tennes "Andy" Anderson, and he preceded her in death in 1986, and she later had a love for Alfred Knoepke for many years, and he preceded her in death in 2007.

Lenore loved the Green Bay Packers and her grandchildren.

Lenore Anderson is survived by a stepdaughter, Lynette and Aaron Hanson of Rice Lake; three grandsons, Eric, Lars, and Mika; a sister, Opal Porter of Hudson; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Tennes "Andy" Anderson; companion, Alfred Knoepke; her parents, Lloyd and Leta Adams; a sister, Hazel Porter; four brothers, Donnie, Paige, Richard, and Dewayne Adams.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Appleyard's Home for Funerals in Rice Lake, Rev. Ken Mandley officiating, with interment in the Willow River Cemetery in Hudson. Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Appleyard's Home for Funerals.
